        Hello,

        ***** LICENSE INFO 2 *****
Is always an indicator for wrong licensing.

In your case it seems that your OfficeMaster Gate have no or not enough lines for Unified Messaging (fax, SMS, OM-voice mail).
For a view on your Licenses state, open OfficeMaster Gate Configuration tool -> connect to your Gateway -> Edit -> Manage Licenses. At "Supported B Channels" stand the number of licensed lines for Unified Messaging.

If 2 lines are licensed on OfficeMaster Gate, configure max. 2 lines on OfficeMaster 4 Messaging Server.

        Best regards,
        Dirk

          Hello Dirk,

Seems that when we have updated firmware on OfficeMaster Gate it lost Unified Messaging license. Now we fix it and fax work well.

Thank you very much for your support.

          Regards,
          Andrew
