OfficeMaster 6 Exchange 2016

Guten Morgen zusammen,

wir haben aktuell von OfficeMaster 4 auf OfficeMaster 6 gewechselt. In diesem Zuge haben wir die neue Installation auch auf einem neuen Server (Windows Server 2012R2) durchgeführt. Die Dienste auf dem alten Server wurden deaktiviert und die Connectoren sind entfernt.

Die Einrichtung usw. war kein Problem. Der Exchange Connector wurde auch ohne Fehlermeldung erstellt, jedoch startet dieser nicht. Der Diensteuser hat ein Postfach und ist im Dienst hinterlegt.

Im Log unter Starter finden wir die folgenden Fehlermeldungen (siehe auch im Anhang):
1. CreateProcessAsUser Fault (Err:0x522) "A required privilege is not Held by the Client. (0x522)"
2. msx2kgate0 could not bestarted. Error 6 has been reported. The handle is invalid (0x6)

Hallo,

bitte löschen Sie einmal die Logs des msx2kgate.

Wenn der Connector immer noch nicht startet, probieren Sie bitte mal folgendes:

• Melden Sie sich mit dem Dienstkonto am OfficeMaster Server an.
• Starten Sie nun ein CMD Kommandofenster.
• Gehen Sie nun zu %PROGRAMFILES(X86)%/FFUMS/fmsrv/bin.
• Versuchen Sie nun bitte mal den Connector per Hand zu starten:
  

  fmsx2kgate.exe -l 4 -n msx2kgate0

Wird nun ein Fehler angezeigt, oder startet der Connector per Kommandozeile?

Wir hatten auch schon mal kurz mit der Hotline telefoniert und der Kollege meinte, dass die Lizenzen eigentlich passen würden und nur die alte Umgebung komplett entfernt sein müsste.

der Connector scheint also zu starten und es gibt ein Lizenzproblem. Entgegen der Aussage, dass die Lizenzen passen steht folgende Logausschrift:

Der MSX2KGATE liest (entgegen dem MSXBCSGATE) nur den Lizenzcode 50 aus. Dieser scheint jedoch in der Lizenz gar nicht vorhanden zu sein. Sie können mir gern Ihre Lizenzen per privater Mail zuschicken, damit ich das verifizieren kann.

Hallo Herr Riebe,

vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Ich hatte mich parallel noch telefonisch an den Support gewendet und das Problem mit der Lizenz nun in den Griff bekommen.

Nun funktioniert soweit eigentlich alles, nur die Konvertierung von Worddateien und HTML (Mails) führt immer dazu das der Print Spooler abstürzt und der Vorgang abgebrochen wird. Excel Dateien und Mails im RTF Format funktionieren ohne Probleme.

Folgende Fehler erscheinen im LOG:

Hallo,

es gibt mehrere Ansätze dieses Problem zu lösen.

1. Einsetzen eines OLECONV

Wenn Sie die Möglichkeit haben, den OLECONV mit Ghostscript und Office-Komponenten zu verwenden, dann sollten Sie dies auch einrichten. Insachen HTML und RTF arbeitet der OLECONV wesentlich originalgetreuer als der CONV.

2. RTF-Deckblatt für alle Benutzer setzen

Alternativ können Sie auch global ein RTF-Deckblatt (dies kann auch leer sein) definieren. Damit werden alle Mails in RTF umgewandelt. Dies kann der CONV ohne Probleme konvertieren.
