• corrected license handling on PCM interfaces (since 4.0.280)
• send correct own VIA in inbound calls, if we send BYE
• handle T.38 ReInvite with 0.0.0.0 IP-Address (Call-Parking)
• provide IP-Address to routing table
• new branch in VIA for ReInvite
• Firewall: correct RTP port range to support more simultaneous lines
• Firewall: added port 3216/udp to firewall, if management enabled (make box searchable, if firewall enabled)
